The stainless steel hubs are hydraulically pressed into permanent position to prevent surface damage to plates and bars. The internal casings, made from high grade ductile steel/cast iron material ensure durability and are fully encased in high grade rubber. The 10, 25, 35 and 45 lb plates have a tri-spoke design as shown for easy handling. The 2.5 and 5 lb rubber grip plates are solid.
