Ceiling Height Clearance Needed: We did a test on this machine with someone who is 6'2" - 74" tall without shoes, and they were 7'7" - 91" tall at the very top of the unit with shoes. So, your height + 17-20" is the ceiling height requirement.

I’m amazed how hard it is to find stair steppers for home gyms these days! People love ellipticals but I find I burn more calories in less time with a stair stepper! So glad the fitness superstore is here. I’m excited to add the stair stepper to my workout.
