Awesome Machine

I do not own one of these machines, yet. I used one extensively for about a year at cardiac rehab. There is no one machine that I know of that provides such a well-rounded exercise program. You can work arms, legs, or both, and you can feel it tightening your abs and core in the process. This is the professional model that is self-powered and has all the bells and whistles. I recommend it highly.
