The Next Generation allows the user a lot of room to adapt the settings to his/her own requirements. The machine has a larger plate surface, which is a significant advantage, because it allows the body more exposure to the vibrations. The Power Plate Next Generation exposes the user to a tri-planar vibration system. This, in turn stimulates the body’s natural vibration-response system, and what follows is a variety of health advantages.

We're very happy with our recent refurb'ed Next Generation Power Plate purchase from Fitness Superstore.  We bought it sight-unseen and now that it's here, the machine is in spotless condition and runs perfectly.  It was delivered timely, directly to our home gym. We also had them install the foam pad and the Powershield underneath it and between the two of them  the unit's actually quiet.  They also brought the balancing / stretching strap tie-downs which we weren't expecting so that was a nice surprise.  We've now purchased a refurb'ed Lifefitness treadmill and Power Plate from them and we couldn't be happier with both.  I'd also recommend checking out the extended warranties since they offer some piece of mind and their warranty service is top-notch.  Fitness Superstore comes through again!
