I am looking to purchase another one of these because the one we have is in constant use at our gym. People wait in line to use it. I have even had to start coordinating a schedule to make sure everyone who wants a turn can have some time. We have a mostly senior population but people of all ages, abibilities and fitness levels enjoy using it. It's comfortable, easy to use, activates more muscles then a recumbent bike and if used properly can be a great addition to your cardio workout.
