Does the job May 17, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Rochester, NY   I am mobility impaired due to spinal issues and have used this item in my physical therapy sessions. It has done a great job strengthening my core and leg/hip muscles. 10 minutes 2x a week have made me  more mobile. Great encouragement and results. what is to you?
