I love biking...outdoors. I've never loved stationary bikes - even with spin classes. That is until I used the Expresso bikes on a cruise - they are AWESOME. Seriously. The. Best!

I've been using this bike at the gym for over a year and now buying my own for home.  The software-managed resistance and the screen/gears/turning handlebars giving you an interactive experience make for a serious workout that I actually look forward to on cross-training days.

I use this bike all the time at the gym - it's addicting. You get a great work out and don't even notice because time flies by. Beautiful graphics and lots of courses, and the bike is very comfortable.
