This Cybex Chest Press has an overhead pivot, which provides a natural path of motion. The dual grips provide a barbell grip to emphasize chest or a vertical grip, which emphasizes the anterior deltoid. The barbell grips are angled to provide a neutral wrist position. Seat adjusts to accommodate user height. Pressing arm adjusts for range of motion and user limb length.
