The PowerCenter Combo Bench offers flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, 90-degree shoulder press, and seated leg developer exercises in one versatile piece. Multi-position, telescoping uprights safely hold the bar for bench exercises, while pop-pin adjustable DuraFirm seat and back pads are extra-thick, comfortable, and will never bottom out. A heavy 12-gauge, four-side welded high tensile steel mainframe design is durable and stable in the extreme.
